What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept PayPal and the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order within 20 minutes of placing it. After that, it will have been processed, and you won’t be able to cancel. 

SHIPPING

Do you ship internationally?

No. We ship Only in the US. 

What shipping carriers do you use?

We choose FedEx, DHL, UPS and other shipping carriers worldwide. We will select the best carrier to make sure your package arrives in time.

How long does it take to process my order?

Once payment has been made, 99% of all orders leave our fulfillment center within 2-3 days.

How long does shipping take?

Our average shipping time is 2-4 business days depending on your location.

How do I track my order?

Are all my items shipped together?

It depends on the products you ordered. Since we operate multiple fulfillment centers so sometimes your items may come with different packages.

RETURNS

 All sales are final.

We have a 14-day return policy for our exceptions, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please check whether an item is eligible for a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must meet one of the exceptions. 

Exceptions are 

The customer received the wrong item.

Poor quality (Clothing, Bags & Totes)

  The product was sewn incorrectly.

What do I do if I receive a defective product?

If there’s some sort of manufacturing defect, let us know within 14 days of receiving your item.
